The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
The following actions were approved:
* Agenda as presented.
* The following Consent Agenda items: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4.
* Payment of the following bills:
01 Revenue Fund $ 94,220.03
13 Road and Bridge Fund $ 54,025.36
16 Environmental Quality Fund $ 91,053.91
41 Ditch Fund $ 6,750.00
Total $ 246,049.30
* Allocating $5,800 of the opioid settlement funds to the MNPrairie County Alliance Multidisciplinary training from the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children as requested.
* The following personnel actions: A.1, A.2, B.1, B.2, B.3, B.4, B.5, C.1.
* Awarding parking lot seal coat project to Jet Black at a cost of approximately $16,763.44 & Yellow Dawg at a cost of approximately $1,675.00 as recommended.
* Chair to sign Rehabilitation Professional Service Agreement with IENGA for grandstand repairs at the fairgrounds.
* The following Planning Commission recommendation as reviewed on September 2, 2026:
- Return, LLC – CUP #25-05 (Amend)
* Adjourning the meeting at 11:21 a.m.
