The City of West Concord is encouraging residents to sign up to receive their monthly water and sewer utility bills by email. With ongoing postal delivery issues and increasing postage costs, email billing provides a faster and more reliable way to receive your bill each month.
Residents are also encouraged to make payments online at https://westconcordmn.payacp.com/home.
As a reminder, utility bills are due by the 21st of each month. Payments received after the due date are subject to late fees. To sign up for email billing or if you have questions about your account, contact Beth at City Hall at 507-527-2668 or email accounting@westconcordmn.com.
