Utilities
Our utility billing software update, originally scheduled for March 1st, has encountered some issues during the conversion process. As a result, online payments are currently unavailable. However, you can still make payments over the phone by calling City Hall at 507-527-2668 and using a credit card. We appreciate your patience and are hopeful that the new system will be ready soon.
If you'd prefer to receive your utility bill via email instead of traditional mail, please contact City Hall by phone or email to provide your email address.
Reminder: Water/Sewer bills are due by the 21st of each month. Payments made after this date will incur a 10% late fee on the current charges. Accounts that remain unpaid for 90 days will be subject to service disconnection.
Permits, Licenses, and Park Rentals
ATV/Golf Carts: With warmer weather approaching, it's time to prepare for outdoor activities! Please remember that all ATVs and golf carts operated within the West Concord city limits must be licensed. Annual permits are available at City Hall for $25. To obtain a permit, bring your driver's license and proof of insurance.
Compost Site:
Compost site stickers are available at City Hall and are valid through December 31, 2025. The cost is $15 for residents and $30 for businesses providing services to city residents. Only small brush, leaves, and yard clippings are permitted. Please refrain from dumping trash at the site.
Building Permits:
Considering a home addition, new garage, or exterior updates such as siding, windows, or roofing? West Concord offers both flat fee and value-based permit costs depending on your project. While fences under 6 feet do not require a permit, it's always best to contact City Hall with any questions about building codes or permit requirements.
Park & Bell Tower Rentals: Need a venue for your next event? West Concord offers several options for family gatherings, parties, or weddings:
• Park Shelters can be rented for $35.
• The swimming pool is available for $60/hour.
• Bell Tower rental costs vary based on space usage and hours.
For additional details or to reserve a space, please contact City Hall.
New for 2025: City Hall now accepts credit and debit card payments for all services mentioned above. Please note that a small processing fee will apply.
