Protect Our Sewer System — Remember the “3 Ps”

When it comes to flushing, please remember only the 3 Ps belong in the toilet: Pee, Poop, and (toilet) Paper. Items such as “flushable” wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, diapers, and other personal care or paper waste should never be flushed. These materials do not break down properly and can clog sewer lines, damage wastewater treatment plant equipment, and cause sewer backups into homes. Proper disposal of these items helps protect your plumbing, our sewer system, and the entire community.
