Triton first-grade students participated in a bus safety lesson led by Building, Grounds, and Transportation Director Dave Hagen. During the session, students learned the importance of remaining seated, facing forward, keeping their hands to themselves, and maintaining a clean bus environment. They also explored the different parts of a school bus and identified each of the emergency exits. To reinforce their learning, students practiced safely exiting the bus through the rear door and meeting at a designated safe location. Mr. Hagen does an excellent job of equipping our elementary students with essential bus safety knowledge and skills.
