On Saturday April 20th volunteers with the help of the Minnesota DNR, University of Minnesota and Tree Trust spent the day planting fifty-one trees at locations throughout West Concord. This was the benefit of the Minnesota DNR Emerald Ash Borer grant the city received. This is the second year of tree planting and there are planes to continue again next year.
