Olmsted County Sheriff Kevin Torgerson stopped by the Dodge County Sheriff Department Office on April 25th to present Medal of Commendation Plaques to Sergeant Scott Prins and Deputy Tyler Vermeersch (DCSO Drone Pilot) for their help assisting Olmsted County with a shooting/homicide incident by Oxbow Park in 2022.
