The City of West Concord has 2026 Composite Site Permits available at City Hall.
Permits are available to:
West Concord residents: $15
Commercial businesses working within city limits: $30
When purchasing your permit, please be prepared to provide the make and model of the vehicle that will be using the site.
Residents operating ATVs or golf carts within the City of West Concord must obtain a permit through City Hall.
To receive a permit, applicants must provide:
Proof of current insurance
A valid driver’s license
Permit Fee: $25 per vehicle
